Guide 02 · First sign-in

Confirming your organization

If GOHSEP set your organization up for you, your first sign-in walks through a short setup: confirm your profile, people, and documents.

GOHSEP imports organization records for existing subrecipients. The first time an owner or administrator signs in, GMPro asks them to review those records before opening the workspace — four short sections, confirmed in order. Check the box at the bottom of each section (“I've reviewed…”) to unlock the next.

  1. 1

    Profile — check your identifiers

Confirm your organization's name, legal name, parish, type, UEI, and EIN, and review the sites on record. The panel also shows your SAM.gov registration status. Click “Edit details” to fix anything, then check the confirmation box and click “Next.”

  2. 2

    People — review who's connected

This is the same People directory you'll use day to day: everyone connected to your organization, their sign-in access, and their official responsibilities. The “Key contacts” strip shows whether the required roles — authorized representative and point of contact — are covered. Fix anything that's flagged, then confirm the section.

During this setup, an owner or administrator completing onboarding can temporarily correct sign-in access for others. That authority ends when setup completes.

  3. 3

    Documents — provide shared evidence

Provide the organization-level documents your active grants ask for — for example, your written procurement policy. These are uploaded once and reused across every grant. Confirm the section when the requirements are resolved.

  4. 4

    Review — complete setup

The review step summarizes owners, required contact roles, and documents. When every section shows “Confirmed,” click “Complete setup” to enter your workspace.
